Foursquare hat für die kostenlose Social Networking Software Foursquare für BlackBerry ein neues Update auf die Version 1.9.77 veröffentlicht und stellt diese ab sofort, sowohl auf der eigenen Webseite als auch über RIMs BlackBerry App World™ zum kostenlosen Download zur Verfügung. Die Version 1.9.77 enthält die folgenden Neuerungen und Verbesserungen:
- Now able to add comments to a friend’s check-in.
- New trophy case view of all of your badges.
- The ability for users to “Check for updates” straight from the app!
- Addition of a photo gallery viewer.
- To enter this view, click on a photo in venues to enlarge photo, then click one more time to enter the gallery view.
- The friends dashboard now shows if the check-in has comments or photos.
- Speed improvements for rendering the dashboard screen.
- Fixes to add friends and profile photo upload.
- Improved data connection for users having issues connecting via https.

iOS 4.3 includes enhancements to AirPlay, the breakthrough wireless technology that allows users to stream music, photos and video to Apple TV®. With iOS 4.3 you can stream additional content including video from third party apps and web sites, videos from the Photos app and previews from the iTunes app to your TV. AirPlay also allows you to bring photos to life on the TV screen by using one of the stunning new slideshow transitions, or shoot a video on your iPad 2, iPhone or iPod touch and stream it directly from the Photos app to Apple TV.
